We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our engineering team. You’ll develop and scale our ecosystem of wearable devices, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to features that enhance senior safety and caregiver connectivity. This role spans frontend, backend, mobile, IoT, and AI, offering the chance to innovate in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our engineering team. You’ll develop and scale our ecosystem of wearable devices, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to features that enhance senior safety and caregiver connectivity. This role spans frontend, backend, mobile, IoT, and AI, offering the chance to innovate in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, Python, Node.js, and React Native for web and mobile platforms.
- Build Android apps in Kotlin for Wear OS.
- Implement IoT solutions on Linux-based peripherals, including indoor location tracking using Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology.
- Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS, Digital Ocean, Google Cloud, and Firebase using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch).
- Contribute to AI/ML features using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Design and implement advanced mathematical models and algorithms to enhance features like predictive analytics and real-time data processing.
- Write clean, testable code, conduct code reviews, and ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate in agile sprints with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Troubleshoot production issues and propose innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in:
- Frontend: React (hooks, Redux).

- Backend: Python (FastAPI/GraphQL), Node.js (Express).

- Mobile: React Native (iOS/Android), Kotlin (Wear OS).

- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Google Cloud/Digital Ocean/Firebase.

- Databases: MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch.

- IoT: Linux, Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write scalable, low-latency code.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in embedded systems development and mission-critical applications.
- Knowledge of secure data handling, including JWT and authentication/authorization protocols.
- Strong intuition for usability and user experience, with skills in UI/UX design principles or graphic design to enhance user-facing applications.
- Passion for senior care or assistive technologies.
